Terms of Use — Nimbus Weather

By downloading or using Nimbus Weather (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

Nimbus Weather is a personal weather application. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its backend services

2. Weather Data Accuracy

Weather forecasts are provided by Apple WeatherKit and AccuWeather. While we strive for accuracy, weather data is inherently uncertain. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any weather information. Do not rely solely on this app for safety-critical decisions.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Nimbus Weather offers optional premium subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) that unlock additional features.

3.1 Billing

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

3.2 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3.3 Refunds

All purchases are subject to Apple’s refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

3.4 Restore Purchases

You can restore previous purchases using the “Restore Purchases” button in the app.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the app — including design, graphics, animations, and code — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

5. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
